What is Your Family Story?

To help celebrate the importance of families, Hands TheFamilyHelpNetwork.ca has launched Your Family Story, dedicated to sharing family memories of the people in the community. Last year, Hands joined with The Moose 106.3FM to broadcast these stories over the air.

This year, we’re doing things a little bit differently and have asked community members come in and record their stories. Their story is then shared via YouTube video and posted right here on the site. The videos are audio only, with new ones being posted every week for a year! Throughout this time we will also be collecting stories here on this website. We want to capture your stories, celebrate them and share them with everyone. Feel free to get creative! Send us your audio, or just write it out, and share it for everyone to see. You can follow us on Facebook and Twitter as well.

By sharing family stories, Hands hopes to remind people of the importance of families, while also making them aware of the services that Hands offers.
